How quickly are orders processed?

  • All new domestic orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, Economy Shipping 5 to 8 business days for your order delivery.
  • All new orders will ship worldwide in approximately 10 to 20 days.

Can I track my order?

  • We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number may take 2 - 3 days to update
  • To track your order, please see the confirmation email with tracking updates and also text message updates.
  • You can also get the latest updates about your order by creating an account with us.

Can I change my order?

  • Unfortunately, Once an order is placed it cannot be changed in our system. But you can contact our customer service for help if you really need make some changes.

What payment methods can I use to place an order?

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Discover
  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email, what should I do?

You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please:

  • Check your spam folder
  • Verify that the email address you provided with your order is correct.
  • If the email you provided was incorrect, please message us with the correct address, and we’ll have the confirmation resent accordingly.
  • If the email address you provided was correct, but you didn't find the order confirmation in your spam folder, please message us and we'll have it resent to you.

How much is shipping?

  • We provide free shipping for all domestic orders.
  • We provide standard shipping for international orders, shipping fee will be calculated according the item size and weight when you checkout. 

Will I have to pay any extra taxes or customs fees on top of my order?

  • You will be liable for all customs fees, and taxes. These will be due at the point of pickup or delivery.
  • Please be aware that ibspot.ca does not have any control over any customs fees and taxes levied by your country of destination.
  • Unfortunately, due to varying prices and random customs selections, we are unable to provide any pricing details for the fees to be issued for your package destination.

The status of my order is “delivered” but I never received it. What should I do?

If your order is marked as 'delivered' but you have yet to receive it, please follow the steps below:

  • Verify that the address you provided is correct.
  • Check with your neighbors.
  • Contact your local post office.
  • Message us for support.
  • For international orders, if the tracking says your order was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact customs right away! You may need to pick up your package.
  • If the package is not picked up within three days, the order will be returned to us. We can reship the order, but you will have to pay the postage again.

Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

  • Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date you received your order.
